I’M EXPECTING!

(A MINISTRY BABY, THAT IS.)

As many of you know (especially if you follow me on Instagram,) I have been hard at work launching a new ministry. I am equal parts terrified and giddy about it, and have been posting weekly updates over on my IG page every Friday.

Here is last week’s 2 minute video – just to getcha caught up:

I posted that LAST FRIDAY so if we do the math, that means launch day IS TOMORROW.

And guess what?!?! There are still eleventy-hundred things to do before then. I’m fine. It’s fine. Everything is FINE!!😬🤯🤣

I have resigned myself to the fact that this thing will be FAR FROM PERFECT at launch… and really I am uncharacteristically okay with that. The idea that people and things have to be all perfect and shiny for God to use them is a whopper of a lie, and we have been believing it for far too long. We are all works in progress — why should our testimonies and ministries do anything other than tell the truth of that?? Besides, (hint) a big premise of this ministry is to strip back the shiny, the labels and the expectations, and just show up at the table – with our doubts, our questions, our insecurities – all of it.

I cannot wait to share the name, website and vision with you. You can check my IG account tomorrow – if everything goes as planned (and it obviously won’t,😉) I should have a video, the logo and some links loaded around 3 CST.
